Description
Cannoli Be Cookie by Cassadaga Salts takes the brand’s signature vanilla cream-filled cannoli pastry and swaps the traditional shell for a cookies-and-cream style shell with a light chocolate coating. It’s rich, creamy, bakery-heavy, and very clearly not interested in pretending to be a subtle dessert.
The vanilla cream brings the smooth filling, the pastry keeps the cannoli character intact, and the cookies-and-cream shell adds a chocolatey cookie finish. Basically, somebody took a cannoli and gave it a cookies-and-cream upgrade. Reasonable decision.
