SMOK RPM Series Replacement Coils are replaceable coils designed for compatible SMOK pods and devices using the original RPM coil platform.
The family includes several mesh, dual-coil, quartz, and standard options covering different wattage ranges and draw styles. These are the coils used by the original RPM40 platform, but they are not limited to the RPM40—which makes the broader RPM Series name considerably more accurate.

Compatibility
Original RPM Series coils are used in compatible SMOK devices and pods designed for the RPM platform, including:
- SMOK RPM40 with RPM Pod
- SMOK Nord 2 with RPM Pod
- SMOK Fetch Mini with RPM Pod
- Other compatible SMOK devices specifically designed for original RPM Series coils
The RPM40 is a good example of why the pod matters: it was sold with both an RPM Pod and a Nord Pod configuration.
- RPM Pod → uses original RPM Series coils
- Nord Pod → uses Nord Series coils
So always match the coil to the pod actually installed, not just the device name.
Because “it says RPM40 on the device” apparently still was not enough information.
Important Coil-Family Differences
Original RPM Series coils are not interchangeable with:
- RPM 2 coils
- RPM 3 coils
- RPM 4 coils
- Nord coils
- LP1 coils
- LP2 coils
Those are separate SMOK coil platforms.
Choosing a Coil
Different RPM Series options are intended for different draw styles and power levels:
- RPM Mesh 0.4Ω: More open, higher-output mesh option
- RPM Triple 0.6Ω: Mid-range multi-coil option
- RPM MTL Mesh 0.3Ω: Mesh option intended for tighter use
- RPM DC 0.8Ω MTL: MTL-oriented dual-coil option
- RPM SC 1.0Ω: Higher-resistance standard coil
- RPM Quartz 1.2Ω: Higher-resistance quartz option
Always follow the wattage range printed on the specific coil or supported by the device being used.

Prime a new coil before use and allow the wick time to fully saturate after filling the pod.
Replace the coil when flavor drops noticeably, vapor production decreases, or a burnt taste develops. The original RPM family has a lot of options, but none of them particularly enjoy being fired dry.
